Betty Anne Beavers
Music Director

Betty Anne Beavers grew up in St. Petersburg Florida and has been a resident of Broward County since 1978. She graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music from Florida State University. She started in piano performance and received her degree in music theory and composition. She also belonged to several college choruses, including the FSU Madrigal Singers.

Betty Anne practiced law for twenty-five years. And after a long law career, she returned to her love of choral singing. Currently, she is Music Director of a 25-member chorus at the Ft. Lauderdale Country Club.

Betty Anne studies voice privately with Vindhya Khare, sings with the Master Chorale of South Florida, is cantor at St. Gregory's Catholic Church, and is their substitute/alternate organist.




Betty Anne is married to husband Tim, has two grown children, and is an avid golfer.
